We've initiated a special program for 2010 and we're very excited to be bringing it to you!

We call it our "Client Appreciation Program." We looked hard for a way to let our clients know that we appreciate the trust and confidence they put in us when they decide to purchase a home using our services.

Here's how it works. Choose the award-winning "Metro East Home Team" to help you purchase your next home and we'll gift $500 of our commission directly back to you. Buy one of our team listings and we’ll double that to $1000. You read correctly. A portion of our commission directly back to you! Use the money to help with closing costs, moving costs, appliances, a new big-screen TV or money to help decorate your new home. When was the last time you heard of a realtor doing this?

Click on Downloadable Files and then "Client Appreciation Certificate" to print your award. The certificate is password protected (to be perfectly honest, we don't want other agents learning our secrets) so when prompted, enter the password hometeam to start your download.

We do have a couple of easy, straightforward terms to qualify for the gift back and you can read those on the award. Most importantly, due to federal guidelines you can not use the $500 (or $1000) as any portion of the down payment on your new home. Closing costs yes, down payment no.
